The National Institute of Technology, Kurukshetra has released a notification for the positions of Senior Research Fellow. Interested and eligible candidates can walk-in for the positions on the mentioned date below.

"NIT, Kurukshetra requires qualified and experienced person for engagement as SRF for the research project under the Principal Investigator Dr. Ashok Kumar,  Assistant Professor  Grade-  II, Department of Physics," read the notification.

Walk-in -Interview Date: August 6, 2019 (11:30 AM)

Venue: The office of Dean (R &C), Golden Jubilee Administrative Building of the Institute (NIT, Kurukshetra).

Title of the Project: Nanomaterials for high efficiency stable inorganic–organic perovskite –perovskite tandem solar cells.

Sponsor of the Project: CSIR, Govt of India.

Eligibility Criteria

M.Sc./ BE/B.Tech. or equivalent and at least two years of post- M.Sc./ BE/B.Tech. research/ teaching experience as evidenced from published papers in standard  refereed journals or (ii) ME/M.Tech. or equivalent degree in Engg./Techn.

Desirable: Research experience in similar field.

Emoluments: Rs 14000/-  per month (expected to be revised to **Rs 35000/  month w.e.f. 01.01.2019 as per CSIR Office memorandum).

Job Description

The Senior Research Fellow is required to assist in carrying out various activities  under the project to complete the objectives and deliverables in time as per schedule.

Candidates before appearing for the interview shall ensure that they are eligible for the position they intend to apply.

Candidates desiring to appear for the Interview should come on the day of  interview along with copy of following documents.

i) Filled in Application form.

ii) Experience including research, industrial field and others.

iii)  Photo ID Card.

Besides, candidate need to bring their original degree certificate(s) and experience   certificate(s) at the time of interview for verification. Moreover, no TA/DA is admissible for attending the interview, the notification read.
