Bhubaneswar: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is reportedly mulling to relax norms of the board exams for differently and specially-abled students.

As per reports, CBSE is preparing a draft report with recommendations on relaxations and exemptions for the differently and specially-abled students.

"We are working on the draft report... Meanwhile, we have already implemented many relaxations for the 'Children With Special Needs' (CWSN) in board exams in 2018. We have discussed our viewpoint with many state boards in the national workshops," IANS quoted a senior official from the board as saying.

Though the exact release date of the report is yet to be decided, the board is likely to submit it before the curriculum committee by the end of this year.
