Though the board had earlier directed the schools to form Hubs of Learnings, it has come to notice that some schools are finding it difficult to participate in the collaborate exercise mainly due to distance between member schools.

“In such cases, the schools are advised to approach the concerned Regional Office of CBSE for reallocation of Hub. The Regional Officer would suitably review and modify the constitution of the Hub keeping in mind the convenience and other related factors,” read the CBSE circular.

Moreover, the Lead Collaborator designated for the Hub will continue for the defined period.

It is pertinent to mention here that CBSE had earlier asked schools to form Hubs by grouping 4 to 6 schools in the same vicinity under Hubs of Learning. The main purpose behind such initiate is to promote exchange of resources for a holistic development of not just the school but the HoL as a whole.
