Meanwhile, speculations are rife that Pokhriyal may make some important decision regarding dates of the CBSE board exams during his interaction with the teachers.
During his December 10 interaction (virtual) with teachers, parents and students across the country on upcoming competitive and board exams, the Education Minister had responded to the various concerns and queries of the students relating to school examinations, entrance examinations and other issues.
On dates of the CBSE board exams, the Minister said that consultations with the stakeholders are in progress and it will be announced soon based on the feedback from stakeholders.
On a query relating to cancellation or postponement of the CBSE practical examinations, the minister said that the board is yet to take a decision related to dates of the board exams and in case students are not able to do practical in classes before the examinations, alternatives to the practical examinations will be explored.
