New Delhi/Bhubaneswar: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is likely to release the Class 10 and Class 12 exams' date sheet in January 2018.

Last year, the date sheet was released on January 9.

The date sheet is being eagerly awaited by students and parents across the country as it has already confirmed that the CBSE Class 10 and Class 12 exams will be conducted in March and not in February.

How to check the Date Sheet

  1. Visit the official website and click on the pertinent link for the same
  2. After clicking, the date sheet will be released on the screen

A total of 10,98,891 students applied for class 12 this year, out of which 6,28,865 were boys and 4,60,026 were girls while over 16 lakh students appeared for class 10.

Meanwhile, the CBSE Class 10 2018 exam is likely to be completed in March while the Class 12 exam is expected to be extended till third week of April 2018.

On the other hand, there are rumors making rounds that to reduce examination period and to give teachers extra time to check answer sheets, the Board may hold Class 10 and 12 Annual Examinations on the same dates in two shifts – morning and afternoon.
