Seems like there is no ending to the rumours being spread on social media related to the CBSE class 10, 12 board exams 2021. A new fake notice with misleading information regarding passing marks of the board exams is in circulation.

The Press Information Bureau (PIB) fact check team has issued a clarification regarding the fake notice doing rounds on social media with misleading information that the passing mark for the CBSE board exams 2021 has been revised.

The fake notice claims that the passing marks of the board exams, which are usually 33 per cent for each subject, has been reduced to 23 per cent this year.

PIB fact check team issued a statement alerting students and parents that this information about the passing marks is fake.

Earlier, a fake date sheet of the board exams was doing rounds on social media.
