Bhubaneswar: As announced earlier, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) on Tuesday released the complete date-sheet for the upcoming Class 10, 12 board examinations.

In a video message, Union Education Minister Ramesh Pokhiryal said that gaps between different subjects have been provided to students to prepare well for the exams.

"Every focus has been given to ensure that the students do not feel any stress while appearing the upcoming board exams," said Pokhriyal in the video message.

The Education Minister wished all students and teachers for the supporting in the challenging times of COVID-19 pandemic.

Earlier, Union Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal on December 31 last year had announced the dates for the conduct of CBSE Class 10, 12 examinations. As per the announcement, the exams are scheduled to be held from May 4 to June 10 this year.

As per reports, CBSE Class 10 and Class 12 Admit Cards are likely to be released in April. The practical exams will be held between March till the start of the theory exams.

Due to academic loss in view of the COVID-19 lockdown, the syllabus for CBSE board examinations has been reduced to 30 per cent. Sources said the paper will contain 33 per cent internal choice questions.
