ALERT! Railways Recruitment March 2018: Last Week to Apply!

Kolkata: East Coast Railway has released a recruitment notification against Cultural Quota vacancies in East Coast Railway for 2017-18.

Interested and eligible candidates can apply by March 12, 2018.

Age Limit

Candidates applying need to be between 18 and 28 years.

Age relaxation is also admissible- 31 years for OBC and 33 years for SC/ ST candidates as on 01-07-2018, respectively.

Selection Process

The selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of a written exam and a practical demonstration.

1. Keyboard/ Harmonium Player: 1
2. Violin/ Guitar Player: 1

Educational Qualification

Candidates should have cultural qualification i.e. Degree/ Diploma in Keyboard/ Harmonium for Post No 1, Degree/ Diploma in Violin/ Guitar for Post No 2 with Matriculation, 12th class or its equivalent with 50% of marks and ITI certificates from a recognized board.
