Bhubaneswar/New Delhi: Candidates awaiting a Central Government job should not miss the golden opportunity as the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) has released a recruitment notification for eligible and dedicated applicants to fill up various vacancies of Technicians, Scientists and many other posts. Aspirants are advised to apply online as the registration will begin from May 18, 2018 and continue till June 18, 2018.
Details of the vacancies including age limit, application fees, application procedure, selection process and documents required are given below. Candidates are advised to scroll down for the complete notification.
The posts carry usual allowance as admissible to Central Government Servant of similar status stationed at Delhi/New Delhi. The aspiring applicants satisfying the eligibility criteria in all respect can submit their application only through ON-LINE mode. The On-line registration of applications is made available on AIIMS website www.aiimsexams.org from May 18, 2018 (Friday) to June 18, 2018 (Monday) upto 5 PM. No documents including the Registration Slip of on-line application form is required to be sent, however, all the applicants are advised to keep a copy of registration slip with them, along with proof of payment for their record.
The applicants applying in response to this advertisement should satisfy themselves regarding their eligibility for the post applied for. They must be fulfilling all the eligibility criteria as on the closing date of applications, failing which their application will be rejected. Required Degree/Diploma should be completed on or before last date of application.
The On-line Registration will be closed by 5 PM on June 18, 2018. The candidature of such applicants who fail to complete the online registration by the stipulated date and time will not be considered and no correspondence in this regard will be entertained.
In case a candidate wishes to apply for more than one post, he/she is required to fill in the form separately through online mode only. The candidate must ensure that their photo, signature and thumb impression should be clearly visible in preview at the time of filling of application in online mode.
If photo/signature/thumb impression image is displayed small or not visible in preview on website, that means photo/signature/thumb impression is not as per the AIIMS prescribed format and in that case, your application will be rejected. So, be careful while uploading your photo, signature and thumb impression. These must be visible clearly on Registration Slip.
Application Fees & Payment Mode:
1) General/OBC Candidates will have to pay an application fee of Rs 500 while SC/ST Candidates need to pay only Rs 100. However, persons with disabilities are exempted from payment of application fees.
2) The candidate can pay the prescribed application fee through DEBIT CARD/CREDIT CARD/ NETBANKING. Transaction I Processing fee, if any, as applicable, will be payable to the bank by the candidate.
3) Application fee once remitted shall not be refunded under any circumstances.
4) Applications without the prescribed fee would not be considered and summarily rejected.
Age Limit: There is different age limit for different posts. Aspirants are advised to go through the notification.
1) Upper age limit shall be determined as on last date of receipt of applications. 2) No age relaxation would be available to SC/ST/OBC candidates applying for unreserved vacancies. 3) For Scientist-I post, two or more age relaxation will not be permissible. 4) Age relaxation permissible to various categories is as under:-

Ex-Servicemen (a) Five years subject to the condition that on the closing date for receipt of applications the and Commission continuous service rendered in the Armed Forces by an Ex-Serviceman is not less than six
Selection Procedure:
1. For Group 'A' posts: Interview and/or Written test, depending upon number of candidates
2. For Group 'B' posts: Written test only
Note: Date of Written Test I Interview will be intimated later on.
Things to Remember:
i) Candidates are advised to download their Admit Card from AIIMS website www.aiimsexams.org as no admit card will be sent by post.
ii) The candidates are advised to bring Admit Card downloaded from AIIMS website at the time of Written Test / Interview and hand over the same to the Invigilator during marking their attendance, failing which their candidature/performance in the written test and Interview will not be considered.

Verification of Documents:
The original certificates/documents of shortlisted/provisionally selected candidates will be verified as per schedule given below. The shortlisted/provisionally selected candidates must bring all original certificates of Essential and Desirable Qualifications along with one set of self-attested photocopy of i) Copy of downloaded Registration Slip of on-line application form. il) Copy of downloaded Admit Card. iii) Certificate showing the Date of Birth. iv) Caste certificate issued by the competent authority if applied under SC/ST/OBC category, v) Disability Certificate, if applied under PWD category, vi) Experience certificate, if any.
