BSNL mega offer @Rs 18 to take on Reliance Jio!

If you are a BSNL customer then this is probably the best news that you will come across as the State-run telecom firm on Saturday launched a Rs 18 special tariff voucher (STV) for pan-India subscribers to celebrate its 18th anniversary.

Apart from unlimited voice calls, the special Rs 18 recharge voucher will offer unlimited video calls and unlimited data access for two days.

BSNL has also announced its premium recharge options with up to 18 percent additional talk time and bundled data.

This is apparently BSNL’s planned strategy to take on Reliance Jio, which has managed to increase its customer database substantially across the country by offering affordable recharge options like Rs 19 which offers 0.15GB data per day, unlimited voice calls and 20 SMS messages per day.

In other packages, BSNL is offering a talk time of Rs. 2,125 and 15GB data for a recharge of Rs. 1,801 BSNL while the Rs. 1,201 recharge comes with a talk time of Rs. 1,417 and 10GB data.
