The national telecom service provider Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has joined hands with the e-commerce giant Amazon to offer an annual Prime subscription worth Rs 999 for free to its postpaid and broadband subscribers.

The new pan India offer of BSNL will be availed by its postpaid subscribers having plans worth Rs 399 or more and broadband landline plans worth Rs 745 or more.

The above subscribers will get one year of Amazon Prime membership at no additional cost.

The new offer of BSNL is seen as a step towards giving a tough fight to other telecom service providers in Indian market, especially Reliance Jio, Airtel and Vodafone.

The BSNL subscribers, with Amazon Prime subscription, can access to Prime Video streaming, unlimited free and fast shipping via Amazon India site and early access to deals and offers among others on the e-tailer.
