Miscreants loot Rs 4 lakh from businessman in Bargarh

Bargarh: Close on the heels of loot of Rs 60 lakh in Balasore, miscreants decamped with Rs 4 lakh from a businessman in Bargarh district on Tuesday.

According to reports, two motorcycle borne miscreants looted Rs 4 lakh from Jogi Kar while he was on his way to deposit the cash in HDFC bank.

“Some one from behind pushed me and snatched the bag containing the cash,” said Kar.

Kar informed that the incident occurred barely few meters away from the entrance of the HDFC bank.

A youth, who is said to be the key witness to the loot, said that two youths escaped from the spot after looting the cash in a motorcycle.
