The first video highlights the Shoulder Wrings exercise where you have to twist your shoulders as shown in the video. Practice the exercise in 3 sets with each consisting of 10 repetitions while taking rests as needed.

The second video features Lying External Rotation where you have to move your shoulder while holding a 1-3 kg weight as shown in the video. Practice the exercise 5 times with each having 5-8 repetitions and resting for 1 minute.

Seated External Rotation is quite the same as the previous one. However, here you have to sit resting your elbow on your knee while slowly lifting and lowering the weight. Repeat it for 5 times, each consisting of 5 to 8 repetitions and resting for 1 minute.

In the Dumbbell Flies exercise, you have to lift dumbbells as shown in the video. Practice it with 1-5 kg weight for 3 times with each set spanning from 3 to 5 repetitions and rest for 1 or 2 minutes.

The last exercise is the Cuban Rotation which includes raising and lowering your arms alternatively while holding a stick or barbell. Practice it 3 times with each set including 3-8 repetitions and a rest period of 1 to 2 minutes.
