However, a particular fan had earlier predicted Shami’s 7-wicket haul after claiming to have seen it in his dream which has left the internet stunned. The fan had even posted the same on his X handle and claimed that he had a dream about Shami’s 7-wicket haul a day before the semi-final clash.
The X user, named Don Mateo shared a post on November 14, a day before the semi-final clash that read, “Saw a dream where Shami took 7 wickets in the semifinal.”
The post has now gone insanely viral after his dream came true. The dream is reminding fans of the popular character ‘Choocha’ from the blockbuster movie ‘Fukrey’ played by Varun Sharma. In the film, Choocha has a god-gift where he can predict the future and get the winning lottery number in his dream.
The post garnered traction after India slammed New Zealand to reach the finals. The X post has also fetched over 1.7M views with 45K likes and thousands of re-tweets.
