The spirit of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is now high after senior leader Amit Shah shared the roadmap and tips to wrest power in Odisha in the upcoming elections. Shah categorically asserted that BJP will come to power for the first time in Odisha.
At a closed-door meeting with senior leaders on Thursday, Shah asked the leaders to campaign together both for the Lok Sabha and Assembly seats which seems to be a new strategy for the saffron brigade.

Senior leader and chief spokesperson Sajjan Sharma on Friday said that the people of Odisha want change and a BJP government.
“People want an active government. In BJP every leader will work to fulfil the aspirations of the people here. Amit Shah said that the work for the development of Gujarat and Odisha started together during the 1990s. Unfortunately, Odisha is stuck and this time people will bring a change and BJP will come to power,” said Sharma.
When asked about BJD’s preparations and intention to see Naveen Patnaik as CM for the sixth term, Sharma said, “I want to ask BJD that CM Naveen Patnaik represented Hinjili for 24 years. Has CM spent 24 nights there? Has CM interacted with 24,000 people?.”
On Amit Shah’s Statement On Ideal CM Sajjan Sharma said that Amit Shah clearly stated that Odia would be the CM of Odisha. A healthy youth and the one who can represent Odia culture globally will be the CM of Odisha. A simple worker of BJP can become a better CM than Naveen Patnaik, he said.
“Nobody knew Bhajanlal and Yogi Adityanath and they were made CMs. Hence, BJP always gives scope to dedicated workers,” Sharma added.
