YouTube travel vlogger’s brother found dead on tracks near Bhubaneswar’s Lingaraj railway station

A popular biker and travel vlogge's brother was found dead near the railway tracks close to Palaspalli, adjacent to Bhubaneswar’s Lingaraj railway station on Sunday morning.

The deceased has been identified as Sandeep Kumar Das.

Sources said his motorcycle was found abandoned at the spot while his body lay on the tracks, raising suspicion that he may have ended his life by coming under a train.

Eyewitnesses and local residents reported that shortly before the incident, Das was overheard speaking loudly on his mobile phone, suggesting he was engaged in a heated conversation.

On being alerted, police rushed to the scene, recovered the body, and seized the bike. The body was later sent for post-mortem examination. Investigators are also examining his mobile call records to determine who he spoke with in his final moments.

Although preliminary findings point to suicide, police said they are probing the case from all possible angles, including family disputes and personal relationships. A scientific team has also been called to the spot for further examination.
