The much-awaited trailer for Housefull 5—the fifth chapter in one of Bollywood’s most successful comedy franchises—was officially unveiled on May 27, sending fans into a frenzy.
Directed by Tarun Mansukhani, known for Dostana and Drive, this big-budget comedy will hit theatres on June 6, 2025.

Plot Overview: Murder Mystery Meets Cruise Comedy
Set aboard a luxury yacht during a billionaire’s grand 100th birthday party, Housefull 5 kicks off with a lavish celebration narrated by Nana Patekar. But the party takes a dark turn when the billionaire drops dead just before announcing his will.
Now the spotlight shifts to Akshay Kumar, Riteish Deshmukh, and Abhishek Bachchan, who all claim to be the billionaire’s son—and the rightful heir. The catch? Their drinks were spiked the previous night, and they’ve lost all memory of who they really are. Accused of murder and jailed on the cruise, the trio is clueless and chaotic.
To solve the mystery, two surprising case, Jackie Shroff and Sanjay Dutt step in as bumbling detectives. What follows is a comedy of errors that zigzags across Europe—from London and France to Spain—before circling back to the UK for a madcap climax.
