Ace filmmaker SS Rajamouli is gearing up for his next directorial venture with Mahesh Babu. Tentatively titled SSMB 29, the movie is set against the backdrop of an epic adventure. Amid the hype, recently, rumours have been abuzz that Rajamouli locked Priyanka Chopra as the female lead for the movie. While earlier reports claimed that the film is in the final stages of writing and is set to go on floors in April 2025, recent reports suggest that the Baahubali maker has locked the locations in India and Kenya.
According to a recent report, the shooting of the globe-trotting adventure will begin at Boora Caves, Vizag, a popular tourist place in Andhra Pradesh. The RRR helmer and his team have finalised it as one of the primary shooting locations. Reportedly, Rajamouli himself visited the location with his team. Sources close to the development also confirmed that nearly two weeks of shooting is planned at this historical site. Further, the source informed that a key sequence in the film will be shot at the location.

Furthermore, the report by Box Office Worldwide also stated that a significant portion of the adventure thriller will be shot in Kenya.
Given Rajamouli's globally appealing movies, SSMB29 has been elevating the excitement among all.
Reportedly, SSMB29 will feature Mahesh Babu as an explorer having the characteristics of Lord Hanuman. Written by Vijayendra Prasad, the movie promises to deliver an extraordinary cinematic experience to the viewers. The movie is also expected to be titled Garuda and feature an ensemble cast, with several foreign actors playing key roles.
However, fans need to wait for an official confirmation from the makers.
