Bollywood Superstar Shah Rukh Khan is regarded as one of the biggest stars in the country. Apart from winning the hearts of moviegoers as 'King of Romance', SRK has portrayed several other characters proving his versatility, including the superhero RaOne. With his stellar performances, he boasts a huge fanbase overseas and several Hollywood biggies are fans of SRK, including James Cameron, Leonardo DiCaprio, Sharon Stone, Lady Gaga, Daniel Radcliff, Penelope Cruz, Hugh Jackman and many others. But, despite that he has not yet worked in Hollywood. However, a recent statement by actor Anthony Mackie has sparked discussions about the possibility of SRK joining the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) soon.
Captain America Wants Shah Rukh Khan as The Next Avenger!
Anthony Mackie, who plays the role of Air Force veteran Sam Wilson and was formerly the Falcon, and took the mantle of Captain America, recently made a statement that has thrilled SRK fans.

When asked which Bollywood actor he would recruit as the next Avenger, without hesitating, Mackie said Shah Rukh Khan's name. He said, "I think Shah Rukh Khan, he's the damn best."
SRK's Possibility in MCU as Indian Superhero!
Well, this is not the first time SRK's name has been linked to MCU. Earlier in 2018, Marvel's then Vice President of Creative Development, Stephen Walker dropped a hint on the possibility of an Indian Superhero movie with SRK. He stated that Marvel was interested in expanding its universe to different regions, including India. And, Bollywood's biggest star would be the perfect fit.
However, despite the discussion, SRK has never been cast in any Marvel or Hollywood project.
Well, considering Marvel actively including actors from different countries to make the MCU more diverse, if it ever plans to introduce an Indian Superhero, Shah Rukh Khan could be a great choice.
Will SRK Give A Nod?
Shah Rukh Khan, despite his global appeal, is yet to debut in Hollywood. According to SRK, he has not yet been offered a worthy role in Hollywood. During an earlier interview with Variety, the Jawan actor talked about his grand stardom and how he would be cheating his fans by accepting any role in a film. He said that no one in Hollywood has offered him a role that can justify his superstar status. However, he also highlighted that he hasn't sought a career in Hollywood.

While there is no official confirmation regarding Shah Rukh Khan joining the 'Mighty Avengers', fans can only hope for a positive outcome and King Khan's nod as being an Avenger could possibly match his stardom.
