Meezaan Jaffrey, who is gearing up for the release of his upcoming film Hungama 2, has been in the news for his rumoured relationship with Amitabh Bachchan's granddaughter Navya Naveli Nanda.
The rumours of their relationship have grabbed the attention of everyone. However, the young actor has now come forward and opened up on his relationship with Navya Naveli.
Meezaan said that he is a good friend of Navya denied being dating her and shared the difficulties he had to face due to the rumours.

In an interview with ETimes, Meezaan said, “Navya and I are really close friends, and I think because of me, her name has come up in a lot of places and that’s unfair, you know. It is her privacy and her private life and it’s unfair to be talking about someone at this point in time. And she is just a friend of mine if you are asking about what is going on."
Amid his link-up rumours with Navya, Meezaan said that it was tough for him to face his parents. He said, "At that time, it was awkward for me to enter my own house. My parents were giving me looks. And they were like 'what is this?' and I was like 'even I don't know'."
Meezaan further said that he felt awkward to enter Bachchan's residence, Jalsa. But, as time passed, the awkwardness has gone.
Meezaan Jaffrey, who made his Bollywood debut with Sanjay Leela Bhansali production Malaal, will next be seen in Hungama 2 alongside Shilpa Shetty, Paresh Rawal and Pranitha Subash.
