The upcoming Telugu movie Kannappa, starring Vishnu Manchu in the titular role of Thinnadu aka Kannappa, is undoubtedly one of the highly-anticipated mythological dramas. With only a month left for its release, fans are waiting with high excitement for the special cameos of Mohanlal, Akshay Kumar and Prabhas. However, it seems, that Kannappa has landed in big trouble. According to a report, a hard disk containing 'unreleased data' of Kannappa, has been stolen.

Hard Disk Containing Valuable Footage Stolen!
According to a report by Siasat, the hard disk containing valuable footage from Kannappa has been stolen. Reportedly, the incident took place under the jurisdiction of the Film Nagar Police Station, Hyderabad.
As stated in the report, a VFX vendor from Mumbai (Hive Studios) sent the hard disk containing valuable data to the office of Twenty Four Frames Factory Private Limited in Filmnagar through DTDC courier. According to the DRDC Courier records, the parcel arrived at the office on Sunday (May 25). A staff named Raghu handed over the parcel to a woman named Charitha. However, Charitha has been absconding since she received the parcel.
Reddy Vijaykumar of Twenty Four Frames Factory Private Limited has filed a complaint with the Film Nagar Police. He has alleged that Charitha absconded with the hard disk to damage the project.
Reddy stated that the incident caused a severe disruption to their project.

Reportedly, the hard disk contains unreleased, sensitive and highly confidential data related to Kannappa. In his complaint, Reddy also stated that his company would suffer irreparable financial loss if the data was leaked or deleted. He has also requested to recover the hard disk and hand over it to him immediately.
