Anupamaa’s Sudhanshu Pandey a day ago shared his shirtless picture and warmed the internet with a solid display of the chiseled body. Importantly, this is Sudhanshu’s body post coming out of the traumatic experience of COVID-19. In his elaborate post, the television actor revealed that he has shared the photo not for himself but for all his followers and everyone out there who is going through tough times both physically and mentally.
The Vanraj from Anupamaa revealed that he has been through COVID and was lucky enough to come out of it safely and it was more because of the fitness regime he followed before suffering from coronavirus.
According to Sudhanshu, because of this fitness, he could get back to work very quickly. He also said that he followed the fitness regime even when he was outdoors and working for long hours in tough conditions.
