Ajinkya Deo Talks About the Experience on Set

Veteran actor Ajinkya Deo, last seen in 120 Bahadur, is currently busy filming for Ramayana and is clearly invigorated by the experience. For him, working alongside some of the country’s most admired actors has been an inspiring chapter of his career.

“I had the opportunity of working with Yash, and what an actor,” he shared in an exclusive interaction with India Today, visibly thrilled about the scenes they shot together.

A Ravana Like Never Before

Deo’s praise for Yash as Ravana is both enthusiastic and heartfelt.

“They’ve already announced it; he’s playing Ravana, and his look is out too. The flavour he has caught is amazing. I had beautiful scenes with him. I looked at him and thought, this is going to be a different Ravana," he remarked.

Though cautious about revealing too much, Deo’s admiration makes it hard for him to hold back.

“He has that aura. He carries a very powerful look, and it just exists with him naturally. The way he’s pulled it off, man, come on,” he added.

For Deo, Tiwari’s magnum opus is more than just another acting job- it’s a monumental opportunity.

“I am extremely, extremely blessed to be a part of this film,” he said, emphasising the project’s ambition, grandness, and potential to deliver outstanding performances.
