Kartik Aaryan turned 35 on November 22, 2025, and while fans flooded the internet with birthday wishes for their beloved Koki, the Nagzilla star decided to gift them something instead- a brand-new teaser of his upcoming rom-com Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri.

Featuring Ananya Panday alongside him, the film promises to revive the classic rom-com craze with a sizzling enemies-to-lovers twist. Set amid stunning holiday locations, the teaser- released by the makers on Saturday- offers a fun, dramatic, and quintessentially filmy glimpse into a love story all set to charm audiences this Christmas.
Opposites Attract… Eventually
The teaser kicks off with Kartik flaunting his abs and confidently claiming that whether it’s Malaika or Urfi, no one wants to let go of him- cementing his “mama’s boy with swag” persona. Ananya, meanwhile, plays a modern woman who is done with hookup culture and dreams of “90s-style romance.”
When these two conflicting personalities collide during an international holiday, sparks fly- but not the romantic kind. Koki pokes fun at feminism, while Ananya finds his behavior unbearable. Yet amid the teasing, banter, dancing, and singing, their animosity slowly melts into affection.
Sharing the teaser, Karan Johar announced: "TWO HEARTS - ONE FLIGHT…TO LOVE! Pack your bags, #TuMeriMainTeraMainTeraTuMeri is landing in cinemas THIS CHRISTMAS! TEASER OUT NOW!" (sic)
Meanwhile, Koki wrote, "Thank you for all the birthday love..yeh raha Ray ka return gift. #TuMeriMain Tera Main Tera Tu Meri TEASER OUT NOW!In cinemas THIS CHRISTMAS!" (sic)
Behind the Scenes: A Fresh Team-Up
Directed by Sameer Vidwans, the film is presented by Dharma Productions and Namah Pictures, with Karan Johar, Adar Poonawalla, Apoorva Mehta, Shareen Mantri Kedia, and Kishor Arora backing the project. It marks Kartik Aaryan’s first collaboration with Karan Johar, although Vidwans previously directed him in Satyaprem Ki Katha (2023).
