When Pooja Bhatt Irked Karisma Kapoor By Commenting Negatively On Her Parents
During the 90s both Karisma and Pooja Bhatt were successful actresses. Catfights and cold wars between Bollywood actresses are quite common even today. But Pooja Bhatt stretched it a bit too far. She made a negative comment on the parents of Karisma-Babita and Randhir Kapoor.
Pooja made a negative comment on the separation between Karisma's parents. Naturally, the Dil To Pagal Hai actress could not take this lightly. Karisma was livid and asked what is her fault in all this. Karisma said that Pooja Bhatt does not have any right to talk in this way about her parents.
Incidentally, it was not only Pooja but even actress Manisha Koirala made some similar comments. Lolo felt all alone and distressed. During an interview, she asked, "Why are they gunning for me? What have I done?"
While taking out her outrage on Pooja Bhatt, Karisma said, "I know Pooja Bhatt has been saying a lot of derogatory things about my mother of late. What's her bloody problem? I think she should keep quiet. I think something is wrong with her. I think I could help her."
Karisma further said that Pooja should not do mud slinging on her parents to get her point across or attract attention.
For a long time, the two actresses did not speak with each other. So will this past of Pooja and Karisma affect the union of Alia Bhatt Ranbir Kapoor who most probably will announce their marriage date after the release of Brahmastra?
While it has been a long time, both Karisma and Pooja very well know that they cannot avoid being in the same room once Alia and Ranbir tie the knot. Over the years there has been no news about any differences or any more issues between them.
So hopefully, the union of Alia Bhatt Ranbir Kapoor will not in any way get affected by this spat that took place almost two decades ago.
