Teachers play a pivotal role in shaping the future of students in numerous ways. They lay the plinth of education and impart knowledge. Under their guidance, support and mentorship, students hone problem-solving skills and make informed decisions. Moreover, good teachers influence students' values, behaviour, and attitudes and serve as positive role models by shaping young minds. Undeniably, teachers have a lasting impact on students' future success, personal growth, and contributions to society.
However, there are a few irresponsible teachers who leave a bad impact on their students with their reckless activities. Recently, videos of two teachers from Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh stormed the internet which uncovers the recklessness and negligence of the teachers.
In one video, a primary school teacher in Uttar Pradesh's Aligarh is seen sleeping inside the classroom while the students fanned her. Reportedly, the incident occurred at a government primary school in Gokulpur, Dhanipur. As per reports, the teacher identified as Dimple Bansal is seen resting on a mat on the floor while three girl students fanned her. In the video of the two-minute duration, one girl can be seen using a hand fan to keep the teacher cool as she sleeps on the mat. A few minutes later, another student takes over and continues the task while other students sit nearby.

After the video surfaced on the internet, Basic Education Officer Rakesh Kumar Singh swung into action and stated that a proper investigation would be done and appropriate action would be taken. As per reports, the teacher was suspended.
Meanwhile, in another incident in Madhya Pradesh, a primary school teacher posted at a government school in Madhya Pradesh's Shahdol district was caught on camera while sitting in the classroom in an inebriated condition. As per reports, the teacher identified as Uday Bhan Singh posted at a primary school in Bahriyai Tola in Shargarh village of Beohari development block. In the viral video, he is seen sitting with his legs on another chair. Meanwhile, the students surrounding him can be seen trying to cover their noses, apparently to avoid foul smell.
After the video went viral, the education department was tasked with probing the incident and submitting a report for further action.

While the source of the videos couldn't be obtained, the first clip is shared on X (formerly Twitter) by Zindagi Gulzar Hai. On the other hand, the second clip has been removed from social media. Both videos amassed massive views and reshared by netizens. Moreover, both the incidents have fumed netizens which is evident from the comments flooded in the comments section.
