Don't forget that what you consume will also be consumed by your baby. So, satisfy all your less healthy cravings while getting all the vital nutrients that you and your baby need. Make effortless, smart changes in your diet by substituting unhealthy fats with healthful vitamins and minerals, wherever possible, such as whole grain pasta and bread, quinoa, beans, fruit yoghurt, and more.

Remain Active

Avoid sitting for long periods during pregnancy and keep your body active by performing mild exercises like walking, yoga, light water exercises, and cycling, as they will make you and your baby grow. It will also keep a check on your weight during pregnancy.

Exercising regularly for 15-20 minutes during pregnancy keeps the anxiety, stress, depression, and other issues at bay. Pregnant women can join pregnancy exercise sessions. Pregnant ladies can also do planks, pilates, standing abs, pelvis articulation, and leg lifts at home.

Stay Hydrated

Drink 10-12 glasses of water daily (room temperature). It eases constipation, aids digestion, and prevents bloating. Drink plenty of water in the form of fruits, vegetables, healthy mocktails, lime water, coconut water, or orange juice without added sugar.
