When contacted at the hospital, with a smile on her face, the captain’s wife stated, “Certainly, this is a moment of immense pleasure for us, because the 10th of this month was a time when the situation was very critical. We are returning home with full-on ‘josh’ and full-on recovery to take another flight (Doosra Ek Udan Bharne Ke Liye).”

Worth mentioning, earlier on January 21, the terrifying moments of staring death in the face and miraculously surviving were narrated by passenger Sunil Agrawal, who had been injured in the Rourkela plane crash and had returned to Odisha after undergoing treatment at a private health facility in Mumbai.

Recalling the ordeal, Sunil had said that he and his wife owed their lives to the two pilots of the India One aircraft. After a technical snag developed mid-air, the pilots made desperate and determined efforts to land the aircraft safely.
