OMC wins five Kalinga Safety Excellence Awards 2025 for outstanding safety performance

Odisha Mining Corporation (OMC) has once again demonstrated its leadership in safe and responsible mining by securing five top honours at the Kalinga Safety Excellence Awards 2025. 

The awards, presented during the 16th National Safety Conclave 2025 in Bhubaneswar, recognise OMC’s exceptional commitment to safety, innovation, and operational excellence.

Presented by the Hon’ble Speaker of the Odisha Legislative Assembly Surama Padhy, the awards celebrated OMC’s exemplary safety practices across its major mining units.

• Kodingamali Bauxite Mines – Platinum Award
• Guali Iron Ore Mines – Gold Award
• Tiringpahar Iron Ore Mines – Gold Award
• Ampavalli Limestone Mines – Gold Award
