Humane's mother- Shefali Suna had earlier mentioned Arpita's name along with two PAs in connection with the death of her son. However, while Humane's exact relationship with Arpita remains unclear, film director Jitu Rout has now made sensational revelations.

According to Jitu, Arpita is using a car worth Rs 20 lakh and has rented a house in Bhubaneswar for Rs 40,000 per month. He questioned how she is affording such expenses, arguing that she is not a major singer and doesn’t even have 20 songs on YouTube. Raising doubts over her source of income, he said that a proper investigation would bring the entire truth to light.

"Humane Sagar has not even bought a land for him and built a house for him. Then where was his money spent? Why couldn't he build a house for him despite becoming such a big singer and getting support across Odisha?" questioned Jitu Rout.

"His (Humane Sagar's) mother has mentioned that she (Arpita Choudhury) was staying in his house three months earlier. The mother will not tell lies. If a girl is staying at his house, there must have been intimate friendship, otherwise it's not possible. There are not even 20 songs of her in YouTube, but she purchased a car worth Rs 20 lakh. There must have been at least Rs 5 lakh down payment. The amount of songs she has sung, I don't think that she is capable of renting a house for Rs 40,000 a month. I think some persons were using Humane's money. A proper investigation would bring the entire truth to light," he added.
