Puri: Following the recovery of the body of a youth who had gone missing while bathing in the sea at the Blue Flag Beach on Tuesday, the Jagannath Sena has filed a complaint with the Puri Sea Beach police Station against the Collector and the Blue Flag beach management agency, on Wednesday.
The deceased who has been identified as Ganesh Binay from Ranchi, is a minor and had gone missing while taking bath near the Blue Flag Beach on Tuesday.
Ganesh was bathing in the designated bathing zone of the beach—the area earmarked between Digabarini Khunti and Chaitan Chhak- when he was swept away by strong currents. His body was recovered earlier today after the Odisha Fire Service department personnel launched a search and rescue operation following his disappearance on Tuesday.
