Bhubaneswar: The Odisha Television Limited (OTV) has bagged the prestigious News Television Awards 2020 for its Apana Eka Nuhanti programme.
OTV has been conferred the award in the 'Best social contribution by a news network (Odia)' category by the Indiantelevision.com. The award ceremony was organized virtually in view of Covid-19.
Over 120 awards were presented to various news media groups and eminent personalities in the industry.
Notably, in OTV’s ‘Apana Eka Nuhanti’ programme, common people are provided with a platform to voice their grievances and question the concerned authority through media support in an attempt to help solve their problems.
