Koraput: In a new twist to the ongoing border dispute between Odisha and Andhra Pradesh, residents of Badlammida village under Dumuriguda block in Visakhapatnam district alleged that the residents of Sambai Panchayat in Koraput district have destroyed around three acres of coffee plantations in their area on Monday.

Badlammida villagers further alleged that the coffee farms were destroyed by people from Odisha’s side after a few administrative officials from the state intruded into the bordering areas in Andhra Pradesh. Few local leaders of both the states reportedly visited the area following the incident.
