Most probably the picture is from Italy where she is currently shooting for her upcoming flick Radhe Shyam with Prabhas. Earlier yesterday, the actress Giff showing her dancing with Happy Birthday letters in the backdrop. She wrote, "Before bday month gets over... What a month it’s been."

Pooja Hegde celebrated her birthday on 13 October in Italy this year as she was busy shooting. But her team members ensured that she enjoys her big day.
October Has Been The Most Happening Month For Pooja Hegde
The last month of this year has been one of the most happening months for Pooja who grabbed a Bollywood biggie with Ranveer Singh and Jacqueline Fernandez. Titled Cirkus, this Rohit Shetty-directed flick is based on Sanjeev Kumar and Gulzar's Angoor.
She is very much excited to work with Rohit Shetty and Ranveer. During an interview, the actress said, "I’m a huge fan of Rohit sir and the entertaining world that he creates with his films. Whether it was Singham, Simmba, or any other movie of his, I’ve had a blast watching each one of them. So, it is a moment of euphoria for me to be part of a Rohit Shetty film and I can’t wait to begin shooting for it."

She further added that though it is inspired by Angoor, Cirkus will be a typical Rohit Shetty movie. Also this month, the producers released Beats of Radhe Shyam on 23rd October which happens to be the birthday of Prabhas. It attracted millions of likes in a very short span.
