There will be no major change in the minimum temperature (night temperature) for the next three days in Odisha. However, the minimum temperature would thereafter fall by 2-4 degrees Celsius for subsequent two days over the districts of the state, informed India Meteorological Department (IMD) on Tuesday.
As per IMD, the minimum temperatures observed appreciable fall at one or two places over the districts of South Interior Odisha and rise at a few places over the districts of South Coastal Odisha, at one or two places over the districts of South Interior Odisha in the past 24 hours.
The highest maximum temperature of 29.6°C was recorded at Malkangiri and the lowest minimum temperature of 13.0°C was recorded in Nayagarh in the past 24 hours.

Day 1 (Valid upto 0830 hrs IST of 04.12.2024): Light to moderate rain very likely to occur at one or two places in the districts of Koraput, Kalahandi, Rayagada, Malkangiri, Gajapati, Ganjam, Khordha, Puri, Nabarangpur.
Day 2 (Valid from 0830 hrs IST of 04.12.2024 to 0830 hrs IST of 05.12.2024): Light rain very likely to occur at one or two places in the districts of Kalahandi, Nawarangpur, Rayagada, Koraput, Malkangiri.
Day 3 (Valid from 0830 hrs IST of 05.12.2024 to 0830 hrs IST of 06.12.2024): Light rain very likely to occur at one or two places in the districts of Kalahandi, Kandhamal, Gajapati, Rayagada, Koraput, Malkangiri.
Day 4 (Valid from 0830 hrs IST of 06.12.2024 to 0830 hrs IST of 07.12.2024): Light rain very likely to occur at one or two places in the districts of Koraput, Malkangiri, Rayagada, Gajapati.
