After witnessing thunderstorm activities under the influence of western disturbances, several parts of Odisha will experience rise in the maximum (day) temperature in coming days.
The India Meteorological Department (IMD) on Monday informed that the maximum temperature is very likely to rise by 2 to 4 degrees Celsius during the next two days. However, there will be no large change thereafter at many places over the districts of Odisha.
As per the IMD, light to moderate rainfall or thunderstorm is likely to occur at several parts of the state in the coming days. A yellow warning for thunderstorm and lightning has been issued for some districts, which will remain valid for April 7 and April 8, 2023.

Day 2 (Valid from 0830 hrs IST of 04.04.2023 to 0830 hrs IST of 05.04.2023)
Light to moderate rain or thunderstorm is very likely to occur at one or two places over the districts of Coastal Odisha, Mayurbhanj, Kandhamal, Kalahandi, Rayagada, Koraput, Malkangiri and Nabarangpur.

Light to moderate rain or thunderstorm is very likely to occur at one or two places over the districts of Coastal Odisha, Rayagada, Malkangiri, Koraput and Nabarangpur.
