The horrific incident of the Kolkata female doctor's alleged rape and murder inside a government hospital has shocked the entire nation. The voices demanding justice for the deceased doctor are getting louder and so are the protests rising across the country. Meanwhile, social media is also getting flooded with campaigns and messages demanding justice for the medico. Indeed, the heinous act has left many shocked and disturbed. But, there are a few people who are trying to cash in on the chance.
Recently, a video of a social media content creator surfaced on the internet in which she is seen hosting a makeup tutorial. While, the visuals show the entire process of glamorous makeup, the audio in the background is about the horrific incident of a female doctor's brutal rape and murder.
In the video, the girl is seen in a white gown and posing in front of the camera. The audio in the background starts with, "Get ready with me as I speak to you all about a friend of mine who went to college, completed her MBBS and is, actually 'was' doing her Masters."
As the audio continues, she shows how to apply different makeup products on her face.
Next, the audio in the background continues, "One evening, when she was just completing her studies and postings and was sleeping, she was raped and killed. On duty. Within the hospital premises. What do I tell her parents? How do they see her body? How do they face the society?"
As the girl continues her makeup process, the audio continues, "Because, of course, when a girl is raped, they are going to now question, what did the girl do wrong and not who was in and around her when this happened. These are the same doctors that strive and struggle to get one seat. Study so hard to be able to acquire their degree. These are the same parents who sacrificed so many of their dreams to let their child go to medical college."

No, she's not really my friend but she might as well have been. Because, irrespective we still don't have answers for her parents. And the principal of the hospital that she was studying at also doesn't have answers for her parents. They just lost their daughter who was brutally killed and we all have no answer," the audio concluded.
The video was shared on Instagram by Sarah Saroshh on Wednesday. The reels went viral on social media and invited lots of criticism. After getting brutally trolled by netizens, the digital creator deleted the video and posted an apology note.
As she claims, she shot the video two months back with a voiceover on the current affairs of the rape and murder incidents. Further, she wrote that she didn't realise how tone-deaf it would be for the audio and video to not sync and saw it as a way to make more people TALK about the important matters.
Now, the screen recording and downloaded version of the video is circulating on different social media platforms triggering outrage among netizens.
