However, the 'Work-From-Traffic' culture is witnessing a surge in many metro cities, especially Bengaluru.
Though technically there is no such work model, as per netizens, Bengaluru is promoting a 'Work-From-Traffic' culture like no other city. Recently, social media has been flooded with videos in which IT professionals are seen attending meetings online over mobile or laptop. Mostly, such professionals draw the attention of other commuters who record the incident on their mobile phones.
Recently, one such video emerged on social media in which a girl is seen attending a meeting on her mobile while driving a two-wheeler. The girl is seen waiting near a traffic signal post. Several other commuters can be seen waiting at the post in a long queue.
The video is shared on X (formerly Twitter) by SHAAN SUNDAR with a caption reading, "Works on the road too, What else is done? That's right, Check the signal." (sic)
Soon after the video surfaced, it went viral on social media with netizens sharing it massively. By now, the video has been viewed over 853K times and garnered over 5K likes. Even the comments section is flooded with hilarious notes and a few also raised concerns.
One user wrote, "This is called Work Place Flexibility." (sic)
A second user wrote, "Bengaluru ne IPL fans ki, And pure India ke employees ki zindagi kharab kardi." (sic)
