In comparison, the Nothing Phone 1 utilised the mid-range octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G+ SoC.
With the upgraded Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC, users can anticipate enhanced performance, smoother multitasking, and faster app loading times.
Nothing Phone 2 aims to provide consumers with an elevated smartphone experience compared to its predecessor.
The Nothing Phone 1 arrived in India last July, priced at Rs 32,999 for the base model featuring 8GB RAM and 128GB storage.
However, the brand later increased the price by Rs 1,000. With the launch of the Nothing Phone 2, users can look forward to a range of enhanced features and improvements that justify the upgrade.
The Nothing Phone 1 boasted a 6.55-inch full-HD+ OLED display with a 120Hz adaptive refresh rate, ensuring vibrant visuals and smooth scrolling.
It featured a 50-megapixel dual-camera setup at the rear, accompanied by a 16-megapixel selfie sensor.
Storage options ranged up to 256GB, and RAM capacity reached up to 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM.
