The iPhone 16 series has been making headlines with intriguing details about the forthcoming 2024 iPhones.

Here is the latest information surrounding the iPhone 16 Pro models, including their potential record-breaking display sizes and upgraded camera features.

Larger Displays

According to a report by Bloomberg's Mark Gurman, the iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max models are expected to feature even larger displays compared to their predecessors.

While the current iPhone 14 Pro offers a 6.1-inch screen and the iPhone 14 Pro Max boasts a 6.7-inch panel, rumors suggest that the iPhone 15 series will maintain these sizes while the iPhone 16 Pro models will introduce a size increment.

Citing unnamed sources, Gurman suggests that the iPhone 16 Pro could sport a 6.3-inch display, while the iPhone 16 Pro Max may feature a 6.9-inch screen.

These claims align with earlier predictions made by renowned analyst Ming-Chi Kuo.

However, Ross Young of DSCC has slightly different estimates, proposing screen sizes of 6.2 inches and 6.8 inches, respectively.

Regardless, it is evident that Apple aims to offer users an immersive visual experience with larger screens.

Camera Capabilities

Apart from the enlarged displays, camera improvements are expected to be a focal point for the iPhone 16 Pro models.

Reliable tipsters, such as Digital Chat Station and ShrimpApplePro, suggest that the iPhone 16 Pro Max will sport a new Sony IMX903 1/1.14-inch camera sensor at the rear.

This upgrade promises enhanced photography capabilities and improved image quality.

Moreover, rumors indicate that Apple plans to introduce a periscope camera for the iPhone 16 Pro models, a feature reportedly reserved for the iPhone 15 Pro Max releasing later this year.
