Sachin Introduces 'Crennis' To Bill Gates
On Friday, Sachin shared a video clip on Instagram in which Bill Gates is seen holding a tennis racket and prepping up to serve a ball. However, he takes a pause and looks surprisingly to the other side of the net. On the other side, Sachin is seen holding a racket but posing like he is ready to bat.
Gates surprised with this, says, "I thought we were playing tennis!"
To this, Sachin replies, "Bill, I said 'Crennis'."
While Gates expresses his surprise to 'Crennis', Sachin says, "Little bit of cricket and little bit of tennis."
Well, Gates serves the ball and the cricket legend hits the ball in his batting style. From the video it seems, Gates didn't get the chance to hit the ball as Sachin continues to hit the ball outside the court.
Well, next it was Gates' turn. As he hits the ball, a girl standing out of the court, behind Sachin, catches the ball. The batting legend says, "Bill, you are out."
This leaves Gates again surprised.
Sachin continues, "One tip, one hand, Gully Tennis."
To this, Gates replies, "I'm just getting used to pickleball."
Next, Gates is seen holding a book 'Rules of Crennis' and Sachin is seen helping him to learn the rules.
Further, the video shows Gates learning cricket from the legend himself. While Sachin throws the ball, Gates does the batting.
Later, Sachin showcases his batting skills but gets dismissed.
The duo is seen 'enjoying Vadapav' towards the end of the video.
His caption for the post read, "Sports teaches us teamwork, life demands the same. Crennis was fun, but the real action is brewing with Sachin Tendulkar Foundation and Gates Foundation." (sic)
Well, as it seems, Sachin Tendulkar Foundation and Gates Foundation are joining forces for some big philanthropic project. Notably, a couple of days ago, Sachin shared a short clip showing himself enjoying 'Vadapav' with Gates.
