One photographer asked, 'Kal se IPL start ho raha hai. Mahira ji kiske side ho aap? Kaunse team ko support kar rahe ho? Aapke favourite team?' (From tomorrow, IPL is starting. Whose side are you on? When Mahira chose not to respond, some paparazzi playfully suggested that her favorite team might be Gujarat, to which she blushed but remained silent, fueling the gossip further.
Siraj’s Clarification and Deletion
Taking to Instagram today, Siraj addressed the rumours, writing on his Instagram story, 'I request paparazzi's to stop asking questions around me. It is completely untrue and baseless. I hope this ends,' accompanied by a folded hands emoji. However, in a surprising move, Siraj deleted the post within minutes, leaving fans puzzled.

Mahira’s mother, meanwhile, has brushed off the rumours, calling them baseless and a byproduct of her daughter's celebrity status. She stated, 'What are you saying? People say anything. Now that my daughter is a celebrity, people will link her name with anyone, so should we believe them?'
