During the ongoing Test match between India and England at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium in Hyderabad, a fan invaded the pitch and touched skipper Rohit’s feet. The incident happened during India’s innings on the first day of the Test match.

The video of the incident has gone viral over various social media platforms within no time. The video has garnered around 23k likes on social media account X (earlier known as Twitter).
Several fans have also flooded the comment box with interesting comments.
“That’s what Rohit earned in cricket,” wrote a fan.
“Happens all the time with Kohli and Rohit Sharma these days,” tweeted another fan.
In response to the fan’s action, a third user commented, “Will he be sent to jail because he transgressed the boundary line?”
Meanwhile, question mark has been raised over the security issue following the incident.
Coming back to the game, England were bundled out for 243 in their first innings. Ravichandran Ashwin and Ravindra Jadeja picked three wickets each.
