Though Virat Kohli and Gautam Gambhir are involved in many heated arguments earlier, they finally decided to bury the hatchet as both the stars hugged each other during an Indian Premier League (IPL) match between Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) and Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR).
Gambhir, who is a mentor at KKR, approached Kohli for a handshake during a cooling break. After shaking hands, the former India teammates shared a hug. Images and videos of the same went viral on social media.
The videos and pictures of the incident have reportedly gone viral over various social media platforms.
Meanwhile, in order to raise awareness for their ‘Dial 112’ service, Delhi Police shared a hilarious post, featuring Kohli and Gambhir on social media.
“Kisi bhi problem mein madad ke liye 112 hai taiyaar! Jhagda hua? Dial 112 aur jhagde ko shant karo! Koi bhi jhagda ‘Virat’ ya ‘Gambhir’ nahi,” the post read.
