Known for delivering mouth-watering food items from their food car - ‘Car-Khana’ in Bhubaneswar, Neha Panigrahi and Rashmita Das on Monday joined the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in Bhubaneswar.
The two entrepreneurs, Neha and Rashmita joined the saffron party in the presence of senior party leaders including Samir Mohanty, Basant Panda and BJP National spokesperson and Puri Lok Sabha candidate, Sambit Patra.
After joining the party, Neha said she would work towards women empowerment.

“I have had a weakness towards politics since my childhood days. In fact, my mother has worked in Jharsuguda for 10 to 12 years without associating herself with any political party. Today, I am fulfilling my mother’s dream. For the last five years, I have been inspired by Modiji’s style of working and his principles. Now I am happy that I have joined the BJP. I will work towards women empowerment,” said Neha.
