A late-night altercation in Raniguda village under Angul Town police station limits turned fatal when a 35-year-old man, identified as Bapi Biswal, was beaten to death allegedly by his neighbours. Sources said the incident took place late on Saturday night when Biswal got into a heated argument with two of his neighbours, who are brothers. What started as a verbal exchange soon escalated into a violent clash.
