‘Operation Sindoor’ Themed Tableaux Draw Attention

This year, eye-catching tableaux are being created around the theme of ‘Operation Sindoor’. The tableaux include representations of successful Indian defence systems such as the S-400, Rafale fighter jets, BrahMos and Agni missiles.

“The painting work commenced last week; it will be completed in the next two days. I have been doing this work for the last 20 years,” said a painter, Santosh Barik.

Tableau maker Nanda Kishore said, “Honouring ‘Operation Sindoor’, we have built the Agni missile, BrahMos missile and S-400 for this year’s procession.”

“Our preparation is in the final stages, and we have contacted all the concerned teams as well. This year, honouring ‘Operation Sindoor’, we have created missile tableaux that successfully countered the enemy, which will be a great attraction for many,” said Saroj Dalpat, secretary of the Jhaduapara Sheetal Sasthi Jatra committee.
