PM Modi to hold roadshow in Bhubaneswar on June 20

Prime Minister Narendra Modi is all set to visit Bhubaneswar on June 20. The Prime Minister will hold a roadshow on the occasion.

As per sources, PM Modi will arrive at Bhubaneswar Airport at 3 pm, where a grand welcome is planned. Following his arrival, he will participate in the 'Triranga Yatra', a patriotic procession celebrating India's national pride.

PM Modi’s Roadshow Details

PM Modi will then proceed with a roadshow covering approximately 1.5 kilometers. This event is expected to draw a large crowd, with supporters eagerly waiting to catch a glimpse of the Prime Minister. 

Major Announcements & Welfare Initiatives

During his visit, PM Modi will oversee the distribution of Antyodaya Gruha Yojana work orders, benefitting nearly 50,000 beneficiaries. This initiative aims to provide housing support to economically weaker sections.

Additionally, PM Modi is also expected to announce several new welfare schemes, with discussions around the possible launch of the Mahapurush Adarsh Gaon Yojana, a model village scheme promoting holistic rural development.

Sixth Visit to Odisha in a Year

This marks PM Modi's sixth visit to Odisha within the past year, reflecting his continued focus on the state's growth and progress. His frequent visits highlight the government's commitment to the region's development and welfare programs.

"The people of Odisha will thank Prime Minister Narendra Modi as it will be his sixth visit to the state within a year. People are eagerly waiting for his visit to the state considering the amount of work undertaken during the period. PM Modi will come from Bihar and he is expected to reach Bhubaneswar by 3 pm on June 20. PM Modi will be accorded a grand welcome at the airport. He will join in the 'Triranga Yatra' and subsequently, there will be a road show after his arrival," said Panchayati Raj Minister Rabi Narayan Naik.
