“I stay in Haryana and my brother and his family had gone for a trip to Srinagar. They had a flight from Srinagar to Delhi today and were supposed to stay with me here for two days and had plans to return Odisha on Saturday. I had planned to celebrate the birthday of my brother. My Sister-In-Law Stood Till The End
According to Shrabani, when the attack took place, her sister-in-law had called her as she was staying close.
“She told me to save my brother. They had taken a SIM and used to share all details with my elder daughter. Every day, they used to share pictures of their trip. My sister-in-law said that my brother was alive after the attack and nobody present at the spot came forward for help. But my sister-in-law stood there throughout,” said Shrabani.
Bhubaneswar MP Aparajita Sarangi had met my family members at Srinagar today, said Shrabani who is present at Delhi airport.
“We will conduct the last rites of my brother at Balasore after we bring back his mortal remains,” she added.
