Odisha Television Limited’s (OTV) annual convention ‘Foresight 2025--Changing Times Changing Minds’ on Wednesday got off to a splendid start with eminent personalities from various fields coming together to delebrate on various topics that are relevant to the people, state and nation.

In her welcome address Jagi Panda, Co-Founder and Managing Director, Odisha Television Network thanked the people of Odisha for their immense support for which the channel has been an undisputed leader.

“In the 27 years journey of OTV, Foresight is a special initiative that has created its unique identity not only in Odisha but outside as well. In its 15 years journey,  OTV Foresight for the first time is being held during the time of a new government in Odisha. I extend my wishes to the new government and hope that it will work for the people and the state,” said Panda.

According to Panda, some mischievous people are spreading false narrative that the OTV will be in favour of the government.

“I want to clear that in the past 27 years, the people have given OTV the number 1 space for which we are grateful and we will never break their trust. We are not in support or against any government. Our duty is to present free and fair news to the people of Odisha and we will  continue to do so,”Panda said.

In her address Panda also welcomed Dhananjaya Yeshwant Chandrachud, Former Chief Justice of India and other eminent guests.
Panda said that the former CJI DY Chandrachud has been a champion of constitutional values and judicial reforms. His landmark judgements have reinforced fundamental rights, gender justice and privacy laws. Under his leadership, the Supreme Court has seen a digital transformation, bringing greater transparency and accessibility to judiciary, she said.
